Friendly and helpful staff, appointments are generally available despite the pressures of an expanding and ageing population. I have reached the age when bits and pieces start dropping off but they patch me up brilliantly!

Tried to get a flu vaccine for my two year old and was told they'd run out and weren't going to have any more. They couldn't advise me on anywhere else that might be able to help (despite sharing a reception area and waiting room with a practice that I discovered did have it in stock) and the closest they came to helping me was telling me to phone a pharmacy a couple of miles away that couldn't help because pharmacries are not allowed to give children the flu vaccine. Their rivalry with the practice next door obviously comes at the cost of patient wellbeing. Their reception staff were deeply unhelpful and woefully ill-informed and I have no intention of taking my family there in future.

I like the current booking system. I can call very early and get an appointment before I have to go to work which is extremely useful for me. There's also the option of evening and weekend appointments as well which some practices don't offer (closing at 5pm). The staff are also friendly and helpful and there are a vast range of clinics available as well.

It is not easy getting an appointment ,phone lines are always engaged ,no matter what time of day you phone,and when you phone and get through early in the morning ,you still can not make appointment for later that day,or even several days later ,without having to keep trying the phone line .Why can you not make an appointment for a week after you have seen the doctor if he has asked to see you in a weeks time ,you still have to phone for an appointment!

I personally have no issues with booking or attending this surgery, my care has been thoroughly explained and my questions have been answered satisfactory, I have had recent critical surgery and I needed to know my options before my treatment, so I have no problem recommending this surgery
